โ Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
โ Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are allowed in case:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
โ What is the return/exchange time period?
You must request a return or exchange within 2โ3 days of receiving your order.
โ What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The seal is broken
- The request is made after the given time period
โ What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 2โ3 days and share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
We will arrange a replacement or exchange.
โ Who will pay the delivery charges for returns?
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the delivery cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer may need to pay the delivery charges
โ How will I receive my refund?
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet
- In most cases, we prefer exchange instead of refunds
โ How long does the process take?
Return or exchange requests are usually processed within 5โ7 working days after approval.
